3-room apartment on the 1st floor. One bedroom with double bed, one with bunk bed and sofa bed for 1 person in the living room. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Access to east-facing balcony connecting to the 1st floor of the main building.

3-room apartment on the 2nd floor (top floor). Two bedrooms; one with double bed and one with bunk bed. The bathroom and one bedroom with balcony are by the staircase, but there are no other apartments on this floor making it very private.
