Experience a Ski Adventure in St. Anton
The Ski Resort
St. Anton is ranked among the top five ski resorts in the Alps, and for good reason. St. Anton am Arlberg has always been known for its beauty, reliable snow that extends right to the villages, and the perfect condition of its slopes. Located in the Arlberg region, you will find one of Austria's largest ski areas with a quick connection to the neighboring Lech. St. Anton is also known as one of Europe's snowiest and absolutely best ski resorts. This gives powder-chasing skiers excellent opportunities to enjoy the more than 200 kilometers of off-piste terrain. For carving enthusiasts who love perfectly groomed slopes, there are 305 kilometers of excellently groomed slopes for all levels. St. Anton is suitable for those who swear by the challenging steep slopes, deep snow ski runs, fantastic carving areas, permanent race tracks and snowboard fun parks.
State-of-the-art cable cars and ski lifts offer the highest standards of comfort, safety and efficiency, which only makes the whole experience better.
In addition to the excellent ski conditions, there are numerous cozy meeting places in the terrain where it is possible to enjoy a delicious lunch or refreshments.
The resort fully deserves its cult status among experts worldwide. A note to yourself is to be aware that slopes classified as blue in St. Anton would normally be red in other resorts.
In general, St. Anton is undoubtedly a resort that prefers more advanced skiers and snowboarders.
A Sparkling Town
Although it can be difficult to break away from the fantastic skiing, the town of St. Anton is something in itself. Despite the expansion over the years, the town is still a highly attractive, extravagant and authentic Tyrolean mountain village at heart. The pedestrian Dorfstrasse cuts through the center with restaurants, shops and bars along it, several of which are still housed in centuries-old timber and stone farmhouses. The village's onion-domed church dates back to the 17th century, is still proud of the Dorfstrasse, which is embraced by the stunning mountains that rise steeply above St. Anton on both sides of the narrow valley.
Time for Wellness
Arlberg WellCom is a fantastic solution for those who value wellness and relaxation. Located at the foot of Campen mountain, just a few minutes from the town center, you will find the architecturally striking complex. The modern glass and timber complex offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, steam baths, saunas, massage treatments and a fully equipped fitness room.

Skiing for Children
Families usually base themselves on the Nasserein side of the village, where the gondola, the ski school meeting points and the children's areas are gathered together. The ski schools take children from around four years old and teach in several languages, and the wide blue runs on Gampen give a comfortable step up once the basics are in place.
Après-Ski
Few resorts do après-ski like St. Anton. The bars on the final run down to the village are an institution and start filling long before the lifts close. The village itself then shifts down a gear, with restaurants and quieter bars along the Dorfstrasse, so it is perfectly possible to enjoy the atmosphere without ending the evening in ski boots.
Summer in St. Anton
In summer the Arlberg is a walking and cycling destination. Marked hiking paths lead from the village up to the high alpine huts and mountain lakes, several lifts run for foot passengers, and road cyclists and mountain bikers use the Arlberg passes and the trails along the valley. It is quieter and considerably cheaper than the winter season, and the mountain scenery is every bit as good.
